At, we know seafood & we know shipping.  This means that your items will be packed fresh and shipped with-in 24 hours from the receipt of your order. If you place your order on Friday or during the weekend, then we will ship your order the next business day. We pack all products with frozen ice packs to ensure freshness upon delivery. Included in your shipping charge is a $20 charge for handling and packaging materials. We use thick walled styrofoam coolers enclosed in a shipping box to ensure protection of your fresh seafood. As with any live, perishable product, we encourage you to read our live crab disclaimer below.

We do our very best to fill orders with the liveliest crabs available. Normal mortality rates can be in excess of 15% of the entire order, up to the entire order.

When shipping any seafood or perishable items, we strongly recommend choosing NEXT DAY SHIPPING. This ensures a guaranteed delivery, and also when choosing this option, it automatically insures your shipment as well. If you are shipping to anywhere in Florida, you may select ground shipping. When shipping live seafood there is a HIGH risk of product dead loss, and may be expected. cannot be liable for any amount of crab mortality, not limited to but including circumstances that are out of our control, such as; shipping environment due to extreme weather, rough handling, or delayed delivery by the shipper. If you insist on every crab being edible, we strongly recommend ordering your crabs steamed prior to shipment. However if you insist on live crabs, please note that we provide no guarantees on the number of crab or live product that will arrive to your doorstep alive. Their condition upon arrival is not guaranteed. No one in our industry will guarantee this. cannot refund any monies for dead loss in live shipments. If you feel our shipping is priced high or not accordingly during the checkout process, please call in to speak to one our representatives, as we may be able to offer better rates than what you see.

For all orders taken over the phone will provide and email confirmation of the order to the customer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the order information, such as but not limited to delivery address, zip codes, delivery date, and product information. If you did not receive an order confirmation email you can call 386-256-4861 to request another copy to be sent. By placing order over the phone customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, this includes all shipping policies. These are available on our website as well as over the phone.
